Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their everyday functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Team up with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to offer rounded and complete care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide insights and techniques to patients and caregivers that will aid in sustaining progress at home.
• Document and Assess Patient Progress: Regularly track treatment success and adjust strategies as needed to keep patients on the path to recovery.

Required Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• We encourage and support ongoing education and additional certifications.

Licensing

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential.
