ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to two litigation partners and a broader litigation team at a boutique Atlanta law firm. The dominant task is assembling and maintaining litigation notebooks — digital and paper — for hearings and trial prep. You'll work closely with a senior litigation paralegal (20 years of experience) and serve as a professional client-facing point of contact by phone.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 2–5 years of administrative experience (law firm preferred; strong corporate admin equally welcome)
\- Assemble and maintain detailed litigation notebooks (digital and paper) for hearings and trial prep
\- Calendar management, hearing logistics coordination, and scheduling with precision and follow-through
\- Document filing, client correspondence support, and general litigation department administration
\- Comfortable working closely with attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
\- Professional client communication by phone, maintaining firm's high service standards
Preferred:
\- Prior law firm experience
\- Familiarity with legal filing systems or document management platforms
