Employee Relations Specialist

LDH-Office of Secretary

The Louisiana Department of Health’s Employee Relations team seeks a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to lead disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals, and EEOC matters across the agency. You will work with supervisors, management, and legal counsel to ensure compliant outcomes and fair processes. You will also handle ADA accommodations, interpret policy, and gather medical information as needed, while guiding LDH leaders and staff through complex HR issues in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
