Event Rental Sales Assistant

As an Event Rental Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting clients with planning and selecting rental items for a variety of occasions, including weddings, graduation parties, fundraisers, and corporate functions. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will work closely with clients both over the phone and in our showroom, ensuring their event needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Assist clients in selecting rental items for events through phone consultations and in-person showroom appointments Enter client orders and event details accurately into rental management software Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly Support the sales team with general office duties and administrative tasks as needed Represent the company’s core values and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and general office duties Excellent computer skills and proficiency with office software Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Motivated, disciplined, and passionate about events Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in an office setting Experience in the event industry is a plus, but not required Applicants must provide salary requirements when applying #J-18808-Ljbffr Lasting-Impressions-Event-Rental
