Immediate openings for Welders and Fitters

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required; secondary or college education preferred.
• 3–5 years of fabrication experience preferred.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience welding various steels and alloys.
• Proficiency in MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding, with basic TIG knowledge.
• Ability to pass standard welding tests and understand welding procedures and preparation techniques.
• Ability to fabricate, assemble, fit, and install structural steel and platework components using blueprints, job orders, and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of trigonometry, material thickness allowances, welding shrinkage, and material properties.
• Ability to operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, brakes, rolls, shears, and drill presses.
• Flexibility to work overtime and accommodate scheduling needs.

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• 1st Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• 2nd Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
• Weekend and overtime opportunities available.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on skills, abilities, and experience.
