License/Certifications: Valid RN license in Michigan; ACLS, BLS required

Experience: At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $64.32

What You'll Do:

• Provide round-the-clock critical care to ICU patients, including post-operative cardiac surgery patients and those with complex cardiology conditions
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient progress and update medical records accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Participate in patient and family education regarding treatments and recovery

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, preferably in cardiac or cardiovascular units
• CPR, ACLS, BLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
