IHBS Therapist- 4-day work week!

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The role, In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) , provides structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs and supports caregivers in understanding their children’s behaviors. The position is ideal for a newly licensed Master’s level clinician and includes supervision for independent licensure. The agency values competence in delivering mental health services to individuals and families experiencing varying levels of difficulty. Bilingual opportunities are available for full‑time or fee‑for‑service positions.
