Recruitment Consultant

City Personnel, Rhode Island's leading staffing and recruitment agency, is looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Providence team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of industries, building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers, and helping us continue to connect Rhode Islanders with meaningful career opportunities. Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant: Source and screen candidates for a variety of open positions across multiple industries. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidate matches promptly. Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding logistics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS. Provide a positive, professional experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications of the Recruitment Consultant: Prior recruiting or staffing experience required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with phone-based outreach and candidate sourcing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
