Requirements Supporttheimplementationandmanagementofsafety-relatedsystems. Driveprocessimprovementandtechnologyadoptioninitiatives. Partnerwithbusiness,IT,andexternalsupplierstodeliversystemenhancements. Supportinvestigations,systemupgrades,testing,andusertrainingactivities. Contributetovalidationdocumentationandreleaseactivities. Hard Skills 5+years'experiencesupportingsafetysystemswithinapharmaceuticalenvironment. Strongunderstandingofpharmacovigilanceprocessesandpractices. ExperiencewithComputerSystemValidation(CSV). KnowledgeofUATexecution,dataintegrityassessments,andsystemdocumentation. Experienceworkingwithsafetydatabasesandrelatedtechnologyplatforms. Soft Skills Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills. Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageprioritieseffectively. Strongproblem-solvingandcritical-thinkingabilities. Collaborativeapproachwithcross-functionalteams. Comfortableexplainingcomplexconceptstodifferentaudiences. Qualifications Relevantdegreeorequivalentindustryexperience. Provenbackgroundinpharmacovigilancesystemsandbusinessprocessimprovement.
