About the Job We are expanding! Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Topeka, KS to haul retail product in dry vans for our dedicated customer, Target. Pay New drivers earn an average $78,000 per year, with our top earners making over $90,000 per year. Get paid weekly while earning activity-based pay, plus earn an additional $50 performance and safety bonus per week. Schedule Be home primarily daily, with one to two layovers per week as needed. Drivers typically work 10 to 12 hours per shift. Beginning in June, we will offer a three-night layover route to Texas, operating Sunday through Friday with a 10 a.m. start time. Current schedules include split days off on Monday and Wednesday, with start times between 10 a.m. and noon. Equipment Day cabs and Sleepers with 53' dry van trailers.
