About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Industrials Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be a key player in leading the execution of a diverse range of financial transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital raises, and strategic advisory. This role demands a professional with a strong background in investment banking, particularly within the industrials sector or related sub-sectors. The VP will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of deals, overseeing financial modeling, and directing the due diligence process. Additionally, the role involves leading the preparation of marketing materials, supporting senior bankers in client coverage, and taking a proactive approach to business development. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an investment banking associate role or equivalent, with a proven track record in M&A. The role requires advanced technical skills in corporate finance, accounting, and valuation techniques, as well as exceptional communication and project management abilities. The VP will also be expected to maintain a deep understanding of market trends and to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. A strong educational background and the ability to obtain FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are essential.
