Sales Engineer II

Proven stability, growing sales in the billions, are a few of the factors that set NTN apart. NTN has an immediate opening in our Sales Department for an OEM Sales Engineer for our Indiana territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with OEMs, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support to customers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility. Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier. Drive new and ongoing development projects that will lead to profitable growth. Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels. Meet or exceed business target plans. Communicate effectively, both internally and externally - in person or via video collaboration tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field. 3 or more years of experience in Industrial sales to OEMs. Large OEM program/project management experience. Self-starter, with a desire to contribute to the team expediently. Must have excellent time management skills to work from a home office. Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
