BBYO is the leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement, offering year‑round activities and travel experiences for teens to develop leadership, service, civic engagement, Israel education and Jewish values. Programs • Chapter Leadership Training Conference (CLTC) – 13‑day program for BBYO chapter leaders, focused on leadership, program planning and hands‑on experience, expected to host 500 teens across 4 sessions.

• International Leadership Training Conference (ILTC) – 19‑day program for regional BBYO position‑holders, focusing on recruitment, program planning and civic engagement, expected to host 200 teens.
• Kallah – 3‑week Jewish learning and spirituality institute, encouraging questioning and experimentation, expected to host 200 teens.

Dates and Availability CLTC 1 – Location: Poyntelle, PA – Friday, June5 to June26,2026 CLTC 2 – Location: Poyntelle, PA – Sunday, June21 to July6,2026 CLTC 3 – Location: Poyntelle, PA – Sunday, July12 to July27,2026 CLTC 4 – Location: Poyntelle, PA – Sunday, July26 to August10,2026 ILTC – Location: Lake Como, Pennsylvania – Sunday, June21 to July13,2026 Kallah – Location: Lake Como, Pennsylvania – Sunday, July12 to August3,2026 Perlman Summer* – Location: Lake Como, Pennsylvania – Friday, June19 to August4,2026 Position Responsibilities Review participant medical files, noting needs, allergies, and medications to be administered during the program. Create and maintain a medical administration record of home medications on Campdoc. Chart home medications on the MAR in a timely manner. Communicate with pharmacy when discrepancies arise concerning home medications sent to camp. Record assessments and over‑the‑counter medications administered in the health log on Campdoc. Keep a daily log of medications dispersed to participants and distribute all over‑the‑counter medication. Apply critical thinking and decision‑making within scope of practice; triage teens and staff with medical issues. Coordinate urgent care/telehealth visits with the camp director/wellness admin. Follow written orders and BBYO policies; administer tests for symptoms of COVID, strep, flu. Follow quarantine policy for individuals; conduct lice checks and treatment when needed. Communicate with parents/guardians when a teen’s physical health declines or a physician is required. Review medications ordered in advance through CampMeds system; collect medication at the start of each session. Oversee all emergency medical situations and travel with teens or staff to outside treatment when necessary. Communicate consistently with the director regarding significant medical issues. Participate in pre‑camp trainings; discuss specific needs with families prior to camp start. Physical Requirements Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 50pounds of force occasionally. Heavy visual acuity required for preparing and analyzing data, using computers and reading. Candidate Profile Candidates should be personable, nurturing, comfortable with teenagers, and able to communicate with parents regarding medical concerns and issues. Prior experience in a school or camp environment with children and/or teenagers is preferred.
