As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to shape a high-performing team and support our mission to deliver safe, consistent, and delicious products to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift operations to achieve production goals for output, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead shift huddles, assign roles, and verify staffing coverage.
- Ensure GMPT, SOP, and safety compliance.
- Trac downtime, support process improvements, and communicate with leadership.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and R&D; for trials and issue resolution.
- 3+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ year leadership role (food manufacturing preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical leadership certifications a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
- Achievement of daily/weekly production targets.
- Downtime reduction and root cause closure rate.
- Employee retention and engagement.
- Quality and safety compliance metrics.
