Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc.! Richman Property Services, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Wayside Oaks our 63 residential unit community, Located in Tinton Falls, NJ What we offer: A $1000 Sign on bonus. Which will be paid out in the following - $500 after 90 days and the other $500 after 6 months Key Qualifications: Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment Preferred EPA I & II or EPA Universal Experience with Yardi property management software products About Us: At Richman Property Services, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents are proud to call home. Responsibilities: Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service Seeking educational opportunities for personal growth and development Assist in property preventative maintenance plan Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Skills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Valid Driver's License required Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Quarterly Increase Opportunities Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Join Our Team: If you're seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top Property Management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
