Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) in Missouri
• Experience working in schools with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with SLP-Assistants and supervise as needed
• Commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary case manager for 21 students, overseeing assessment, documentation, and individualized education plans
• Provide speech and language services for a caseload totaling 76 students (including those case managed)
• Collaborate with an onsite SLP-A, with additional support and supervision available through in-house professionals
• Coordinate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress and goal attainment
• Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing student evaluations
