You’re the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcome—from nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in-person clients with ease. You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally—whether it’s over the phone, email, or in person. You’re comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy. You’re a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly. You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones). Bonus Points If You Bring a sense of humor and love being part of a fun, collaborative team Schedule Day shift 8-hour shifts Rotating weekends No holiday shifts required Compensation The pay for this position starts at $16 per hour, based on experience, skills.
