Ideal Skills & Experience:

Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
Prior experience in schools or educational settings preferred
Knowledge of psychological and educational assessment tools
Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Strong ability to connect with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
Collaborative, solutions-focused, and adept at crisis intervention
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to interpret assessment data
Develop individualized support plans tailored to students’ unique needs
Provide direct counseling, intervention, and consultative services for students
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student well-being and academic success
Contribute to behavior intervention planning and progress monitoring
Support positive school environments through staff consultation and professional development
