Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Experience with individualized education programs (IEPs), behavioral interventions, and crisis response preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Previous experience in schools is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
• Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support learning and behavioral needs
• Serve as an active member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise for IEP and 504 plan development
• Provide direct counseling and consultative services to students, parents, and staff
• Help design and facilitate professional development related to psychological services, student wellness, and educational best practices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
