About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness of the CEO and driving executive accountability. The role demands a sharp, high-ownership operator with a strong background in business operations, strategy, or consulting, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. Applicants for the Associate Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those holding an MBA or advanced degree. A minimum of 3 years' experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline is required.
