Now hiring:

• Drivers with 6+ months of verifiable experience
• Recent CDL school graduates (120+ hours from an accredited program)

Your Gross Pay

• Average $1,200-$1,500 weekly gross
• Top producers hitting $1,800+ weekly gross
• Base rate $0.56-$0.64 CPM based on experience
• Short haul protection: +$40 under 150 miles / +$25 on 150-250 mile loads
• Detention pay + performance bonuses on top

The Run

• Defined Midwest lanes: OH, KY, IN, MI, IL
• 1,700-2,200 steady miles per week
• Drop & hook, preloaded trailers, live loads
• Assigned late-model automatics - maintained so you're not sitting on the shoulder

New CDL Graduates Welcome Four to six weeks of paid 1-on-1 mentorship at $850 weekly guaranteed, then straight to $0.56 CPM solo.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL - minimum 21 years old
• 6+ months verifiable experience OR recent CDL graduate (120+ school hours)
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Stable employment history
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screen
• No SAP drivers
