Step into a well‑established, small‑shop environment in Fort Collins where craftsmanship matters and your work is noticed. As a Multi‑Axis CNC Precision Machinist, you’ll work hands‑on with specialized materials to produce tight‑tolerance components alongside a dependable team.
A day in the lifeYou arrive to a clean, organized shop and review the day’s priorities. You load programs, set tools and fixtures, and run parts on a mix of equipment—then verify critical features against detailed blueprints. You collaborate with teammates, share insights, and finish your shift knowing the parts you built meet exacting specs.
What you’ll do- Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce accurate, high‑quality components
- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and work instructions to exact specifications
- Work across 3–5 axis mills , lathes , press brake , router , timesaver , and plasma table
- Steady, full‑time work with a reliable, tight‑knit team
- Small‑shop culture where your contributions are seen and appreciated
- Plenty of opportunity to grow your machining skills
- Hands‑on CNC machining experience; experience with metals is a plus
- Pay: $20–$26 per hour DOE
- Location: Fort Collins, CO
- Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, all shifts available
