We are proud to offer a supportive and friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay.  Our SanAntonio, TX retail location is currently hiring a Full-Time Key Holder.The Key Holder plays an important role in supporting store leadership by helping manage sales, daily operations, asset protection, and basic human resources functions to ensure an excellent customer experience and overall store success.  Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.Key ResponsibilitiesManage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant ManagerSupport and guide associates in sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handlingProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring team members actively engage with customers and address questions or concerns promptly and professionallyMonitor sales trends and inventory levels to support timely restocking and maximize product availabilityPromote strong product knowledge to enhance sales performance and customer serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and housekeeping standardsTrain associates on visual merchandising to ensure consistent store presentationAssist with inventory processes, including receiving shipments, conducting counts, and reporting discrepanciesReceive and process merchandise, including unpacking shipments and updating records using company systemsReview and fulfill customer orders; organize and stock merchandise on racks, shelves, and storage areasEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresPerform additional duties as needed; machine operators may have expanded responsibilitiesQualificationsPrevious retail experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFlexible availability to meet business needs (no Sundays or late nights required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced retail environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to stay active on the sales floor or in the stockroom for most of the workdayStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasksAbility to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis
