Step into an impactful role serving local students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year starting August 11. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide in-person speech therapy services to students across a variety of grade levels, from PreK through Middle School, with potential site assignments based on need. With a manageable caseload capped at 55 students, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in student communication skills while collaborating with a supportive team in an engaging school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) in California
• Experience and comfort working in a school setting
• Proven skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Ability to adapt strategies for different grade levels and student needs (PK–5 or 6–8, depending on placement)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ready and available for in-person therapy sessions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff on student goals and progress
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and parent conferences as needed
• Flexibility to serve at different sites, based on assignment needs
