Health Information Coder & Records Specialist

Universal Health Services

Universal Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Technician/Coder for our Monroe location. The role processes discharge charts, performs ICD-10 coding, and supports chart assembly, data entry across multiple systems. You will scan charts, assist the ROI Coordinator, support the HIM Director, and help maintain accurate patient records while patients are in-house, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Health Services
