This contract position offers the chance to work full time, supporting students' communication development and helping them thrive academically and socially.

Bring your expertise to a collaborative team environment where both Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) and Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) SLPs are encouraged to apply. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed—around 50 students across 1-2 school sites—and there's flexibility regarding your preferred caseload focus. With a predictable workweek of 37.5 hours, you’ll be able to maintain meaningful routines while providing vital services.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification
• ASHA CCC or recent graduate eligible for CFY
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative work style and dedication to enriching student lives

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy and support to K-12 students with diverse communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document services and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
