Forklift Operator

Our client, an industry leader in steel product handling and warehouse operations, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring the efficient movement and handling of steel materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety-consciousness, and experience operating forklifts, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Safely handle steel products and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping inventory to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support team productivity.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience.

• Experience working with steel products is a plus.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness to prevent accidents and errors.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance record to ensure consistent work performance.
