Building Construction Foreman – Post-Frame Compensation: Up to $40.00/hour based on experience Position Overview As a Building Construction Foreman , you’ll lead a crew of 3–4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 construction laborers Build post-frame structures from the ground up Operate hand and power tools Manage job site safety and productivity Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same Deliver top-quality results that provide lasting value for clients Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Willingness to train and grow with the company What We Offer Up to $40/hour based on experience Structured on-the-job training and career development Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options Paid holidays and PTO Reliable, full-time, year-round employment About Cleary Building Corp.
