Construction Foreman

Travel: 90% Travel within United States Position Summary The Construction Foreman provides on‑site leadership and technical guidance in the installation of wastewater treatment facilities. This role oversees field crews, ensures safe and accurate installation of system components, manages materials and equipment, and supports the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Primary Responsibilities Lead and support the installation of wastewater treatment systems, including Pump and equipment setup Troubleshoot and resolve installation and field‑related issues. Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and train/mentor field installers. Prepare, pack, and load job trailers for each project. Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Manage materials responsibly to achieve budgetary goals. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Project Manager and is fully accountable for field execution and crew performance. Requirements Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings. Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate a pickup truck and trailer. Holds or can obtain a CDL. Capable of working in all weather conditions. Willing to travel out of town at least 90% of the time. Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. Ability to operate heavy field equipment (e.g., mini‑excavator, compact track loader). Strong attention to detail and precision. Experience in plumbing and electrical work preferred. Working Conditions & Compensation Position is based out of Parker, CO , with approximately 90% travel to project sites. Salary $80,000–$90,000 annually.
