Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description Summary The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Strategic Financial Planning and creates and maintains financial reports to support system operations. The role coordinates internal and external benchmarking data to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize revenue to further the goals and objectives of hospital administration. The analyst assists in the execution of special projects and analytical work. Responsibilities Strategic Capital Planning Support – Supports the maintenance of the comprehensive capital plan and annual prioritization process. Attention to detail and accuracy of deliverables are key criteria for success. Capital Financing Project Management and Analytical Support – Supports execution of debt issuances, refinancing, and amendments, including coordinating diligence materials, managing data rooms, and liaising with banks, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Research – Conducts enterprise-level financial analysis and benchmarking projects, maintains system trend databases on key metrics/ratios, and develops presentations to support decision making. Debt Compliance – Manages ongoing compliance with HUD regulatory requirements, including preparation and submission of required financial reports, certifications, and documentation. Monitors performance and financial metrics for HUD-financed properties or projects, including debt service coverage, operating performance, and covenant compliance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Work Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
