Opportunity: Physician - Primary Care Job Details: Academic Primary Care Faculty Physician position within an Internal Medicine Residency clinic 90% clinical precepting and 10% administrative responsibilities No independent patient panel - all clinical work is performed in collaboration with residents only Approximately one day per week of protected administrative time Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and no call Academic faculty appointment at an affiliated medical school Residency continuity clinic located within a community health center serving a diverse urban population Strong collaboration with residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required or eligibility to obtain Passion for medical education, teaching, and mentorship is essential H1B cap-exempt organization Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
