We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility in Miami. Please apply here or submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance programs/strategies for optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime. Manage and lead maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and evaluations. Plan and prioritize maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, upgrades). Coordinate maintenance schedules with production/operations to minimize disruption. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment. Develop/maintain maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, implement cost-saving measures. Source/manage relationships with external vendors/contractors for specialized services. Implement/utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking. Regularly review equipment performance, analyze trends, optimize efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance.
