The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems Create and maintain data collection systems Provide in-class support and staff training Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans Qualifications BCBA certification (BACB) Licensed through MA DESE Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation Strong collaboration and communication skills Apply today to join a supportive, student-centered behavioral team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
