Overview
Receive and process incoming parts and supplies.
Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
Organize parts and supplies in the storage area.
Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts.
Perform data entry for inventory management systems.
Prepare and process orders for parts and supplies.
Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of automotive parts or industrial components.
Familiarity with inventory management software.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
