Senior Data Layer Engineer — Scale API Platform (Remote)
Coinbase
Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Layer to shape the API platform that connects client apps to backend services. You will own critical systems routing API requests at scale, improving reliability and performance for Coinbase’s products.
You will design high‑reliability, low‑latency services, build the API framework used by hundreds of engineers, and drive operational excellence with SLOs, observability, and incident response.
