Production Worker – 1st & 2nd Shift Now Hiring | Hiring Event Opportunities Shifts 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+$1.00/hr shift differential) Pay $18.00/hour +$1.00/hour for 2nd shift Position Summary Jamco Products is seeking Production Workers to support final product preparation, cleaning, and packaging. This role ensures products meet quality standards and are ready for paint, shipment, or customer delivery. Key Responsibilities Install hardware (handles, locks, wheels, etc.) per build specifications Label, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipment Inspect finished products and report defects Grind, scrape, and clean products to prepare for painting Load/unload products from carts and move throughout the facility Operate forklifts or cranes as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform general production and support duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and temperature changes Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance Why Join Jamco?
