Primary Department Or Practice Emergency Department, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Position Details Primary Department Or Practice: Emergency Department, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Position Highlights Per Diem schedule with flexibility Competitive hourly pay: $91.86–$107.20 Collaborative ED environment within a supportive community hospital Work alongside physicians, APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary clinical teams Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a busy Emergency Department Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and urgent conditions Perform appropriate procedures within scope Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and ancillary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required Prior Emergency Department or urgent care experience strongly preferred Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and procedural skills Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment United Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
