Assistant Director of Nursing We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Mountain City Rehab Center, a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Frostburg, Maryland. Job Summary: Mountain City Rehab Center is committed to providing excellence in care and services to those we serve. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team in providing quality care to residents. You will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy work environment, developing a culture of high engagement, and supervising and directing Nursing Personnel to ensure the best resident care.
