Job Requirements

• Active RN license and current CRNA certification or recertification
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Board certification required
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
• Ability to obtain Maryland state licensure if needed
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Comfort working in a supervised anesthesia setting

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments for surgical patients
• Obtain and/or verify informed patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and care plans with patients
• Provide anesthesia care through induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Monitor patient physiological status throughout procedures
• Deliver clinical interventions as needed to support safe, effective care
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the anesthesia team
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting in EPIC
