About the Position

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location : Pennsylvania

Schedule : Predictable clinic schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no walk ins. Clinic hours include Tuesday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch.

Position Overview

Provide employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic coverage focused on acute care, chronic disease management, and preventative health.

Clinical Scope

• Acute care and primary care visits
• Chronic disease management and wellness
• Patient education and proactive care

Patient Population

• Ages 2 and up
• Adult focused patient mix

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in Pennsylvania
• National certification in the appropriate specialty
• DEA registration
• Experience treating patients age 2 and up

Preferred

• 2 or more years of primary care experience
• Experience with eClinicalWorks
