Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Immigration Attorney located in New York, NY, requiring three days in the office. The role involves advising and representing clients on business and employment-based immigration matters, including handling visas, green cards, and work permits. Responsibilities include client management, drafting and reviewing petitions, conducting case research, and providing strategic consultation on complex immigration issues. The attorney will work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
