Business Immigration Attorney

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for a Business Immigration Attorney with experience in a full-service immigration firm near the Manhattan, NY area. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including medical insurance, PTO and other great perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration: Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Immigration Law work experience. Ability to write, research, and prepare E1, E2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, L1, Blanket L1, L1-A, L1-B, TN and O-1 petitions. Proficiency drafting and filing responses to RFEs is a MUST . PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, IV/NIV status, and Consular processing experience is a MUST . Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and positive attitude is a MUST . J.D. degree is REQUIRED (NY Bar Admission preferred) .
