A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist to oversee international logistics, import/export administration, trade compliance, and global transportation coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage international import and export logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of goods. Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation, shipping records, HTS classifications, and related trade compliance materials. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and improve transportation performance. Monitor global shipments, identify delays or compliance risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Support process improvements within international logistics, ERP transactions, documentation workflows, and carrier management. Ensure logistics activities align with applicable U.S. and international regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Los Angeles, CA.
