Assembler Opportunity

Currently hiring for a full time opportunity located in the Warminster, PA area that have experience working as an Assembler in a manufacturing/production environment. The Assembler produces components and complete assemblies by accurately fitting and securing various parts according to specifications. This role requires a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and safety while supporting production goals on the assembly line. This is a long term position, offering weekly pay, and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and complete units, ensuring all products meet specified measurements and quality standards.
• Perform final assembly of upright reach-in coolers, milk coolers, beer line chillers, and scientific systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to assemble products correctly.
• Apply basic brazing principles as needed during the assembly process.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices, including tape measures, to perform precise assembly work.
• Track and monitor parts running through the assembly line to ensure correct components are available and used.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, including those outside the immediate reporting line when necessary.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance to support consistent production operations.
• Follow through on assignments, meet production deadlines, and maintain a steady workflow.
• Train across multiple disciplines within the assembly domain to support different areas of production as needed.
• Handle and move materials and products, including lifting items up to 50 lbs safely.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of tools, equipment, and required protective footwear.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Warminster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
