- Perform precision assembly, cleaning, deburring, and hand-finishing of medical components
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production routers to ensure accuracy
- Inspect parts during assembly to verify fit, finish, and cleanliness
- Conduct in-process inspections and basic testing to meet customer specifications
- Identify and report nonconforming parts or materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
What We're Looking For
- Experience with hand tools (assembly, manufacturing, or similar work preferred)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams/blueprints
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Clean manufacturing or cleanroom environment (PPE required)
- Standing or sitting for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands for fine motor work and small components
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform visual inspections
