6 Month Contract w/ Extensions, Potential Conversion $30/hr-$40/hr Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of software development experience or equivalent internship/project experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL with the ability to develop and troubleshoot applications. Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation projects. Day to Day We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer with experience to Artificial Intelligence technologies to join our growing technology team supporting AI initiatives within a clinical healthcare organization. This individual will work directly with the Lead Director and senior technical stakeholders to help design, develop, enhance, and support AI-driven solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce AI capabilities and enterprise AI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Java, and SQL, along with hands-on experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or data-driven applications. Responsibilities include software development, AI solution implementation, data integration, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing platform support while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
