You excel at translating business needs into clear business and functional requirements, and have experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes through techniques such as process mapping and data modeling.You are a technically-experienced developer or systems professional with knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Java, Java EE, .NET, and SQL, and enjoy solving complex application and integration challenges. You are comfortable coordinating technical initiatives across teams, including developing project plans, contributing to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP), and working with vendors, stakeholders, and IT staff to deliver high-quality solutions.You take a customer-focused approach to technology, communicate complex concepts clearly, and use analysis, monitoring, and metrics-driven insights to help organizations measure performance and improve outcomes.
