Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our Environmental Services team.

The base wage for this position is $19.47/hour.

$5.00/hour for working afternoon and midnight shifts.

$5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and floors (vacuuming, mopping, waxing, etc.).
• Transport linens and trash according to established schedules.
• Conduct security rounds to lock/unlock doors and monitor premises.
• Transport and monitor oxygen tanks as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal and yard care.
• Clean and stock public restrooms and assist with basic housekeeping duties.
• Move furniture and supplies as directed and assist with event setup/teardown.
• Operate facility vehicles and equipment as required.
