Tik Tok Account Manager

TikTok Account ManagerThe E-Commerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health & Fitness's TikTok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on TikTok.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company's TikTok Shop account end-to-endEnsure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policiesMonitor performance metrics and optimize for growthDevelop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order valueAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIsIdentify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategiesManage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotionsMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situationsCollaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demandAlign inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projectionsCoordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliatesSupport TikTok Live selling initiativesEnsure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos)Analyze content performance and recommend improvementsWork closely with paid media teams on TikTok Ads performanceOptimize product feed and shop visibilityMonitor ROAS, CAC, and ad performance metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account managementDirect experience managing TikTok Shop strongly preferredStrong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboardsAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience in fast-paced consumer goods or fitness industry preferred
