Coordinates the day-to-day workflow and work assignments for the department to ensure business priorities, service commitments, and operational needs are met. Assess staff capacity and workload, assigns, and reprioritizes work, monitors progress, coordinates coverage, and serves as a central point of communication between department management, staff, and other business areas as applicable. Maintains operational tracking tools and systems to provide visibility into assignments, status, and outstanding work

Required Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience in either business operations setting, customer services, or sales environment. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and research skills. Experience organizing, planning, and managing multiple functions simultaneously. Analytical skills. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience in Health, Dental, or Ancillary Insurance industry Experience in Salesforce applications. Experience in insurance administration
